Medical Illustrator

Certified Medical Illustrations (CMI) specializes in providing demonstrative evidence for the legal profession. We are growing and looking to hire a full-time on-site Medical Illustrator.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Medical Illustration, master’s Preferred
• Excellent drawing, rendering, and animation skills
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology
• Experience in creating proposals for medical-legal exhibits & animations is a plus
• Advanced skills in Photoshop and Illustrator
• Working knowledge of After Effects, Poser, PowerPoint & additional 3D software
• Self-starts, self-critiques, and works well independently
• Pays keen attention to detail and demonstrates excellent organization skills
• Is goal-oriented, thrives under pressure, meets strict deadlines, and multitasks multiple projects
• Adapts, stays flexible, and takes on new challenges

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Create medical-legal exhibits from operative, radiology & expert narrative reports
• Interpret diagnostic films, X-rays, CTs, and MRIs to produce colorizations.
• Creation of interactive presentations for Depositions, Mediation, Settlement Conferences, and Trials.
• Communicate with clients, medical experts, and colleagues.
• Develop marketing materials for print and online.

Salary:

• $50,000.00 - $60,000.00
